I walked into my first yoga class over 15 years ago and my life was changed forever. Being a native New Yorker, I know firsthand that this city can be overwhelming. When things are always moving at such a fast pace, it can be hard to be in touch with your body and mind. I have found that practicing mindful breathing and movement are essential to keeping me grounded and connected to myself.

MONSTER YOGA with RIC MATHEWS is sure to get you sweating and grooving.  My rigorous sequences and accompanying playlists are highly curated and frequently refreshed so you can expect to be challenged, stretched and sonically satisfied. 

ZEN YOGA classes with RIC MATHEWS are focused on releasing, relaxing and restoring your mind and body through a blend of deep stretches, deep breathing and guided meditations.  You will leave each class re-centered and ready for the week ahead.
