I trained as a dancer for most of my life, becoming a professional ballet dancer later in life. Movement and flexibility are an integral part of my daily life, and more than ever, I believe in feeling strong & fit physically and mentally.

This class integrates my experiences in classical ballet, strength training, and incorporates Pilates-based moves too.
