Farrel’s journey into fitness began with a desire to create a new identity, build confidence, and simply look better. A former high school wrestler, he later delved into Brazilian jiu-jitsu, fostering a passion for combat sports and physical fitness. This foundation led Farrel to pursue a degree in exercise science and nutrition, where he honed his expertise.
Farrel specializes in strength training, particularly powerlifting, and body composition training, focusing on hypertrophy and bodybuilding.
Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with corporate professionals transitioning post-rehab to reshape their physiques. As a one-on-one online trainer, he has successfully helped over 50 clients achieve their goals of fat loss and muscle gain.
In addition to fitness, Farrel has a creative side as a former semi-professional salsa dancer, passionately embracing Latin music. When not training clients, he enjoys hiking and exploring new ways to enhance his fitness knowledge through ongoing research.
