I have been training clients for over 20 years. My fitness journey began as a teenager where I developed a passion for strength training. This led me to pursue a career as a personal trainer.Starting out independently for the first 5 years, I was eventually invited to join the team at David Barton Gyms in 2006 and worked at their Chelsea, Astor Place and Limelight locations. I’ve continued to train for David to this day. With the benefit of thousands of hours of training clients as well as continuing education and staying on top of the latest research into fitness/nutrition, I feel confident that I will get the best out of you in an effective, positive, and fun way. I look forward to helping the members of Gym U to achieve their health and fitness goals.
