I have worked with David Barton as Studio Class Director for over 30 years, teaching group fitness & personal training. This has given me a unique insight into the exercise equation. When I started, weight loss was the focus, but since losing 82 pounds, strength gains, cardio conditioning and flexibility have now been the focus. The music, mind and body movement connection are my passion.
